14-day refund. No clauses.

If, within 14 days of kickoff, you don't believe the engagement is going to deliver real value — email me and I refund 100%. This page is the formal version of that promise.

What's covered

The 14-day refund applies to every paid engagement listed on the services page: Cyber Security Audit, AI Business Automation, SaaS Architecture, and Project Success Consultancy.

How the 14 days are counted

Day 0 is the kickoff call. The window closes at the end of day 14, in your local time zone. If the kickoff call slips for any reason, the window slips with it — you don't lose days because my calendar moved.

How to request a refund

Send a one-line email to [email protected] with the subject line "Refund request — [your company]". You don't owe me a reason, and I won't ask for one. I do appreciate honest feedback so the next engagement is better.

What you get back

100% of the fee you paid up to that point. The refund is initiated within 3 business days of your email and lands via the same method you used to pay (bank transfer, Wise, Stripe, or crypto). Bank or processor fees are on me, not you.

What happens to the work

Anything I have already delivered to you in writing — diagrams, audit findings, code, prompts, runbooks — stays with you to use as you see fit. Refunding doesn't claw back the value I've already shipped.

Exclusions (the small print)

  • Third-party costs already paid on your behalf (cloud credits, paid APIs, licenses) are non-refundable.
  • Engagements that have already been completed and signed off before day 14 cannot be refunded — the work is done.
  • Repeat refunds across separate engagements aren't a business model. After one refunded engagement I may politely decline future paid work.
